Do the Howard LEIGHT Quiet Down Filled Ear Plugs actually contain down (like in feathers)? And does the ear piece have anything else (like a plastic coating etc.? Are they soft, semi-soft, or rigid? Thanks for your help! I'm looking for something very soft, pliable, and flexible.
